Responsible for end to end Recruitment related activities from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with Human Resources Manager & Hiring Managers in assessing candidates’ suitability.
Setting up and managing an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities and building partnerships with universities, communities, and organizations/associations, utilizing complex Internet searches and social recruiting methods, attending external job fairs, arranging and leading internal hiring events.
Creates a culture of innovation by taking the initiative to look for and suggest ways to continuously improve the recruiting process and drive toward higher efficiency and quality.
Establish and ensure the appropriate use of metrics to gauge recruiting status including cost per hire, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, competitive hiring measures, and new hire engagement measures.
Manage agency relationships and negotiate rates with external service providers to reflect the company’s budget.
Responsible for liaising with internal and external parties to coordinate training programs.
Manage and facilitate the New Joiner Induction Programme.
Participate in Special Project such as arranging manpower for vaccination programs/another related program.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human resources particularly in recruitment and training.
Familiar with Employment Act.
Matured personality and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Think out of the box and constantly reviewing processes for simplification, improvement and proactively providing ideas and feedback.
