Skills Required

Able to understand and interact with doctors, staff, patients and customers’ requirements and work with the clinic to provide excellent service.
Develop and monitor performance through KPIs to ensure the achievement of the clinics to meet its budgets and targets.
Lead, manage and improve working practices to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Ensure all physical assets are well maintained and operated in a productive and profitable manner.
Work hand-in-hand with other departments to achieve patient targets and financial budgets.
To perform marketing activities for the clinics.

Minimum 3 years related working experience in medical and healthcare industry; preferably have at least 2 years experience in managing people.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Possess good interpersonal, problem-solving skills and well organised.
A candidate with a hospitality background is an added advantage.
