Skills Required
  • Able to understand and interact with doctors, staff, patients and customers’ requirements and work with the clinic to provide excellent service.
  • Develop and monitor performance through KPIs to ensure the achievement of the clinics to meet its budgets and targets.
  • Lead, manage and improve working practices to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure all physical assets are well maintained and operated in a productive and profitable manner.
  • Work hand-in-hand with other departments to achieve patient targets and financial budgets.
  • To perform marketing activities for the clinics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience in medical and healthcare industry; preferably have at least 2 years experience in managing people.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Possess good interpersonal, problem-solving skills and well organised.
  • A candidate with a hospitality background is an added advantage.
