Skills Required
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Malaysia Finance Department.
  • Ensure efficient cash flow management, AR collection and AP payment.
  • Ensure timely month-end closing and provide detailed analytical reviews.
  • Preparation of the annual budget.
  • Provide leadership, training and guidance to the team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, or
  • Professional qualification from a recognised Accountancy body.
  • Minimum 6 years related working experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Minimum 3 years of audit experience in an audit firm is an added advantage.
  • Financial management and group consolidation experience is preferred.
  • Very strong analytical & evaluation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team.
  • Ability to work independently and strong communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
