  • This role is part of our present application support team to assist business users in performing BAU.
  • To provide end-to-end support in application and database.
  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills with the end goal of ensuring the effectiveness of our system and the satisfaction of business users
  • Perform software installation in clinics and corporate office
  • Conduct en- user training

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Type Of Employment: Full Time Employment

  • Graduate in Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience as a Systems Application Support or similar role
  • Server and Database Support
  • Software and Hardware Support in clinics
  • Experience with finance systems
  • Ability to learn new system software and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude with attention to detail
