Skills Required
  • Ensure that all CCBR (Cash Collection Banking Report) are received from the clinics on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure CCBR (Cash Collection Banking Report) to be keyed in on a weekly basis.
  • To update the Finance Manager every Wednesday on the previous week CCBR not received from the clinic.
  • Follow up with the Clinics to ensure that the Sales are closed by the 3rd of every month. To update the Finance Manager if this is not so.
  • Check to ensure that the Sales uploaded in Finance system tally with the Clinical system (MIS Report).
  • Manually key in the invoices that are not able to be downloaded from the system.
  • To check and ensure the accuracy of the revenue uploaded in the Finance System.
  • Generate the latest Statement of Accounts to be sent to the respective clinics.
  • Provide all unknown receipts on a weekly basis to the clinics to identify the payor and invoices paid.
  • Monitor the AR aging to be within 110 days and follow up with the clinics on all long outstanding debtors.
  • Ensure all Accounts Receivables documents to be filed and kept in the store for Audit purposes.
  • Update cash inflow by clinics monthly.
  • Other ad hoc tasks given by the Finance Manager/Senior Manager.
  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications from a recognised Accountancy body.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
  • Meticulous, responsible and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Required skills: PC literate, Microsoft office, etc.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
