Greet patients warmly and handle them with utmost care
Ensure patient cards or treatment chits are prepared correctly according to SOPs
Attend to patients by coordinating services & treatment as per patient registration
Prepare & retrieve patients’ reports into patient check-up forms
Ensure sales data is captured accurately by keying in register patient into IQRIS
Ensure patients’ information & filing system is followed and maintained properly for easy retrieval
Ensure accurate information is disseminated to patient, doctor-in-charge or relevant parties via email and other forms of communication
At least 2 – 3 years related experience in clinical and clinical practice functions
Excellent written and verbal English communications skills; Able to take minutes of meeting; Good interpersonal skills, good planning & organising skills, good in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Words)
Able to coordinate and facilitate the teams and work groups as well as able to liaise with relevant authorities and different levels of staff
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
