People travelling between Malaysia and Japan or any other international destination on Japan Airlines (JAL) are now able to book Covid-19 RT-PCR and Covid-19 RTK screenings at a special discount rate. The PCR tests are only RM160 and the RTK tests are RM50.

All passengers’ tests will be verified by a Qualitas doctor. If you select the Covid-19 RT-PCR screening, you will receive a laboratory test report from an MOH-authorised laboratory as well as a Certificate of Testing for Covid-19 as required by Japan’s Ministry of Health.

If you select the Covid -19 RTK screening, you will receive a test report from the Malaysian National Public Health Laboratory (SIMKA) on the same day as the screening.

The Qualitas Call Centre will assist JAL passengers to book an appointment for an RT-PCR and RTK test at any of the 30 selected Qualitas GP clinics located across Peninsula Malaysia. See below for the list of clinics.

How does it work?

Step 1 – Pick your clinic & type of test

You may choose from any of 30 Qualitas GP clinics in Peninsula Malaysia. Please refer to the list below to find your nearest Qualitas clinic and check the opening times.

Determine the type of test you want to take – RT-PCR or RTK.

Ensure you know which test is required for your country of destination.

Step 2 – Call the Qualitas Telehealth Hotline
