The Skim Peduli Kesihatan for the B40 group (PEKA B40), is a Ministry of Health initiative to sustain the healthcare needs of low income groups, focussing on non-communicable diseases. Now, Qualitas clinics are providing eligible Malaysians free health screenings under this programme.
